Shipping Methods
SHIPPING DEADLINES

It is our duty to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible. Please allow up to two business days processing time in addition to standard delivery time which is 5-7 business days.

DEVAUGHN is not responsible for LOST or STOLEN packages that are addressed to a freight forwarding service. If you wish to use this type of service for your delivery, you are taking responsibility for any damage or loss that occurs to your shipment. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders that are reported missing or damaged, that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to the facility. Any order addressed to a freight forwarding service is placed at your own risk.
 

UNEXPECTED DELAYS
On rare occasions, such as special sales or the holiday season, delays in processing may occur. However, your business is important to us, so if your order is unexpectedly delayed, feel free to reach out to us at support@devaughnclothing.com

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed.

Overnight shipping is not available to the following locations:
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, United States Virgin Islands.

At this time, we aren’t able to deliver to International countries.

• Orders for $500 or above, will require signature upon delivery.
• All items that are on our website are available and ready to ship. However, if an item is available for sale and two customers happen to place it in their online shopping cart at the same time, one customer will receive an out of stock notification at checkout.
